Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project QA/QC Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.
Senior QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.
Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in High-rise building/Villa projects in the UAE.

- Diploma in Civil or Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.
Draftsman:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.
Foreman - Civil / General / Finishing / Carpenter / Steel Fixer:
- Trade Certification, Technical Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of UAE experience in building & villa construction projects.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or administrative certification.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of document control experience in UAE construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience will be preferred.
• Candidates should have experience in high-rise building and villa projects.
