- Waterproofing Foreman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer in the MEP sector, specifically with high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Technical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Estimation Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Candidates must have at least 8 – 10 years of experience in the MEP sector, specifically with high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Drafstaman:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Candidates must have at least 8 – 10 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Foreman Positions:

• Technical Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Candidates should have technical and design skills.
• Good Understanding of Construction techniques and good practice.
• Candidates MUST carry a CV and copy of their Passport, Vist Visa/Emirates ID.
• CVs not matching the above roles and experience, will be automatically rejected.
• Full understanding of machine and labor outputs for all Building Architecture activities.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
