Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finishing works and construction management, preferably in commercial/high-rise projects.
- Strong experience in architectural finishes, fit-out, coordination, QA/QC, subcontractor management, and project execution.
Technical Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical technical office work on construction projects.
- Proficient in shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, BOQs, load schedules, technical calculations, and authority requirements.
Accountant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with a construction/contracting company.
- Experience in general accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, payroll, invoicing, VAT, and financial reporting.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical construction and site supervision.
- Experience in installation, testing & commissioning, MEP coordination, drawings, material inspection, and troubleshooting.
SITE Supervisor
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supervising civil and architectural site works.
- Experience in site execution, finishing works, manpower/subcontractor coordination, quality control, and reading construction drawings.
SITE Surveyor
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction surveying.
- Strong experience in setting-out, levels, coordinates, alignment, and as-built surveys.
- Proficient with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and AutoCAD.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale Building Construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
