Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in mixed-use building construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
Project Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in mixed-use building construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in mixed-use building construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
General Foreman
- High school or a diploma in Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in mixed-use building construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
Assistant Store Keeper
- High school diploma required; a diploma in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years as a storekeeper, specifically in the construction or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and finishing materials.
Eligibility criteria
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, technical drawings, specifications, and project coordination.
- Experience in mid-rise, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment while meeting project deadlines.
- UAE project experience and familiarity with local construction standards and regulations will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be given preference..
