Qualifications & requirements
Procurement Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience in the Contracting/Construction industry, including sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement planning.
Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of project management experience in the Contracting/Construction industry, with proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and risk management.
Cost Control Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of cost control experience in the Contracting/Construction industry, with expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost control/reporting software.
Human Resource Officer
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the Contracting/Construction industry, with exposure to recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
