Qualifications & requirements
Assistant Resident Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. (PMP Certification).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in site supervision and construction management of mixed-use building projects.
Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, Tendering, and Contract Administration.
- Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revit, Cost, and Microsoft Office Applications.
Civil Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in site inspections, of civil & architectural construction supervision works.
Mechanical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supervising site inspections of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Electrical Inspector
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical systems inspection and site supervision.
Documents Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Documents Controller role in the construction industry within the UAE region.
- Proficient in Aconex and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Must have hands-on experience in mixed-use building projects.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and authority requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
