Qualifications & requirements
Architect Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Engineering from a recognised university.
- 5 to 8 years in architectural inspection, construction supervision and building projects.
- Experience with an architectural or engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Proven inspection of architectural works on residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of finishes: flooring, ceilings, partitions, cladding, waterproofing, doors, windows and facade systems.
Electrical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.
- 5 to 8 years in electrical inspection, installation supervision and building projects.
- Experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Proven inspection of electrical installations on residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
- UAE or GCC electrical construction supervision experience is an advantage.
Eligibility criteria
- Experience with an architectural or engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards and approved project specifications.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material approvals, inspection requests and technical documents.
- Familiar with local building regulations, authority requirements and international standards.
- Able to coordinate with consultants, contractors, project engineers and site teams.
- GCC experience on residential, commercial, hospitality or high-rise projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, reporting and site coordination skills.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
