Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Quantity Surveyor (Civil):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent approved by SEC.
- 5+ years of KSA experience in tender estimation and quantity calculations.
Quantity Surveyor (Electrical):
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent approved by SEC.
- 5+ years of KSA experience in tender estimation and quantity calculations.
Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical):
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent approved by SEC.
- 5+ years of KSA experience in tender estimation and quantity calculations.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous GCC/KSA countries' experience is mandatory.
• Applicants must be inside KSA only and who have transferable Iqama.
• Applicants must have experience in tender estimation and project quantity calculations.
• Work closely with project and design teams to meet technical requirements.
• Candidates must be available in Saudi Arabia and can join immediately.
