Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and PMP Certification. Minimum 15 years of experience in the execution & supervision of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the execution & supervision of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the execution & supervision of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation, BOQ, variations, and cost control of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the execution & supervision of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the execution & supervision of large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Architectural Draftsman:
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in preparing architectural drawings for large-scale residential building/Villa/Compound projects in the UAE.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in controlling & maintaining all project documentation and records for large-scale building projects in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• Preferably with strong knowledge of the building/Villa construction engineering industry.
• All candidates must have experience in building/Villa/Compound construction Projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
