Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Verify contract documents, scope matrix, and BOQ.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling & resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress within time & budget.
Project Engineer & Site Engineers:
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspection& evaluate project requirements.
- Prepare technical queries, collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and implementation of policies, assist in the evaluation of drawings, and maintain project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Profession level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven track record of project deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Applicable certifications from authorities.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
