Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Project Engineer
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Estimation Engineer
- B.E. in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Quantity Surveyor
- B.E. in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 5 – 6 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Site Engineer
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Safety Officer
- Diploma/B.Tech. in Engineering from a reputed institute, NEBOSH Certification
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry within the UAE/GCC region.
Eligibility criteria
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, technical drawings, specifications, and project coordination.
- Experience in mid-rise, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment while meeting project deadlines.
- UAE project experience and familiarity with local construction standards and regulations will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately will be given preference..
