Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Quantity Surveyor (MEP):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Draftsman (MEP):
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Foreman (Plumbing):
- High School or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Foreman (Electrical):
- High School or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Omani Driving Licence.
• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Candidates must have proven experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects in GCC.
