Atlantic Construction LLC seeks the following professionals for its Architectural/Facade projects in Muscat, Oman.

JOB POSITIONS

- Facade Engineer
- Facade Quantity Surveyor
- Facade Draughtsman
- MEP Draughtsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Facade Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.

Facade Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.

Facade Draughtsman:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.

MEP Draughtsman:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Omani Driving Licence.
• Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Candidates must have proven experience in Residential and Commercial Building projects in GCC.
