Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred. 20+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Contracts Engineer- Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in contracts administration and management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Project Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction supervision and project execution, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
QA/QC Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Quantity Surveyor - Civil:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and contract administration with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Planning Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress control, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Site Engineer - Civil:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in site supervision and project execution, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
MEP Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP coordination and installation supervision, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Sr. Documents Controller:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in document control and project administration, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in healthcare or hospital projects.
