We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for our Hospital (Healthcare) construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- Sr. Project Manager — Civil
- Construction Manager
- Contract Engineer — Civil
- Project Engineer — Civil
- Planning Engineer — Civil
- QA/QC Engineer — Civil
- Site Engineer — Civil
- Quantity Surveyor — Civil
- MEP Coordinator
- Sr. Documents Controller

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Construction Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Contracts Engineer- Civil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contracts administration and management, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Project Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision and project execution, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

QA/QC Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Quantity Surveyor – Civil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and contract administration with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Planning Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress control, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Site Engineer – Civil:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in site supervision and project execution, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

MEP Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in MEP coordination and installation supervision, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Sr. Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in document control and project administration, with at least 5 years in healthcare or hospital projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates should have experience in healthcare or hospital projects.
• Only candidates with relevant experience and who are available in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
