Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience, including significant UAE experience with reputed main contractors in managing high-rise, mid-rise, residential, and commercial building projects from planning through completion.
Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of UAE experience in building construction, with strong expertise in site execution, technical coordination, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in project planning and controls for building construction projects, including baseline schedules, progress monitoring, recovery plans, and delay analysis.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; relevant QA/QC certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience, with proven UAE main contractor experience in building projects, inspections, ITPs, method statements, material approvals, NCRs, and quality documentation.
HSE Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a relevant discipline; NEBOSH/IOSH certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of UAE construction experience in implementing HSE procedures, conducting risk assessments, site inspections, toolbox talks, incident reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE safety regulations.
Civil Draftsman
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of UAE experience in preparing civil, structural, and construction drawings for high-rise, residential, and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
General Foreman
- Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent construction-related qualification.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of UAE experience with reputed main contractors in building construction projects, with proven ability to supervise civil works, manpower, subcontractors, site activities, and daily construction operations.
Eligibility criteria
- Strong knowledge of high-rise, mid-rise, residential, and commercial projects is required.
- Candidates should have relevant UAE building construction experience with reputed main contractors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and technical documentation/record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams while meeting project schedules, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
