Codes Construction LLC is so glad to announce to open new positions in the MEP Department for their MEP Construction projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
- Senior Electrical Engineer
- Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing)
- Electrical QA/QC Engineer
- Mechanical QA/QC Engineer
- Electrical Draftsman
- HVAC Draftsman

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC background in high-rise towers out of which at least 4 years in the Middle East.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in Plumbing background in High-rise towers out of which at least 4 years in the Middle East.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in high-rise towers out of which at least 4 years in the Middle East.

Mechanical QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise towers out of which at least 3 years in the Middle East.

Electrical QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise towers out of which at least 3 years in the Middle East.

Electrical Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise towers out of which at least 3 years in the Middle East.

Electrical Draftsman:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in high-rise towers out of which at least 3 years in the Middle East.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven track record in completing projects.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills.
• Ensuring all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of the Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Ensuring that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
