GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certification.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction field. 

Cost Manager:

• Bachelor’s Degree in QS/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Cost Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in QS/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience required for this role.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Planning/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Road Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Finishing Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15  years of experience required for this role.

Architectural Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Electrical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Land Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Surveying Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10  years of experience required for this role.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must have transferable IQAMA, and be ready to relocate within KINGDOM.
• Candidate should have previous experience in hospitality projects and 5-star hotels.
• Candidate should have consultancy background experience in previous records.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
