Dewan Architects & Engineers Consultant is seeking high-caliber applicants for our project in Dubai, UAE, under the supervision of building projects, to fill the following positions.

POSITIONS

- Mechanical Engineer
- Structural Engineer
- Planning Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Site Architect
- Quantity Surveyor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Structural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.

Site Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.

Quantity Surveyor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in cost control, BOQs, and pre/post contract management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in High-end and Medium-end residential building projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
