Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Site Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in residential buildings, towers, and hospitality projects.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in cost control, BOQs, and pre/post contract management.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in High-end and Medium-end residential building projects.
• All candidates shall have strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
• Proficiency level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
