Qualifications & requirements
Senior Mechanical & Electrical Design Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- At least 10 years of consulting engineering experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Extensive mechanical and electrical design on residential, commercial, high-rise and other building services projects.
- Proven design of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire fighting and related MEP services, as the discipline requires.
BIM Draftsman (Mechanical)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MEP Drafting or a related field.
- Relevant experience in mechanical BIM modelling and drafting for building services projects in the UAE.
- Strong in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD and BIM coordination software.
- Experience preparing mechanical drawings, coordinated BIM models, shop drawings and technical documents.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and other mechanical building services.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must currently live in the UAE.
- Immediate availability for an interview is mandatory.
- UAE engineering consultancy or MEP project experience is required, as the role calls for.
- Experience coordinating designs between disciplines in an established consultancy.
- Familiar with UAE building regulations, authority approvals and engineering standards.
- Good communication, reporting and project coordination skills.
- Candidates must live in the UAE and be available for an interview immediately.
