Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Supervision of (Design, High-rise Buildings, Hotels, Steel structures, and BIM).
Architect:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Supervision of (Towers, Hotels, BIM, and Tech Offices).
Planner:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Planning Engineering.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Supervision of (MEP, High-rise Buildings, Hotels, and Hospitals).
Project Coordinator:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Designing.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
• Must be a Saudi Driving License holder.
• All Engineering Candidates must have experience in High-rise buildings (Tower), Hotels, and a design background.
• All Positions are for Supervision Projects in Al-Khobar, and Qatif.
• Project Coordinator (Graphic Designer) Job is in Riyadh.
• All Positions are for Supervision Projects, Saudis, and Expats only those with transferable Iqama to apply.
• Expats outside the will Kingdom will be REJECTED.
• Only those residents in the kingdom who have transferable Iqama should apply.
