Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Materials Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Bridge Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in road lighting and network extension works.
Traffic & Safety Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in the field of roads, including a year in the field of traffic and safety.
Site Foreman:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Materials Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Electrical Foreman:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in road lighting and network extension works.
Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Survey Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in road and bridge construction works.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in road and bridge construction works.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must have experience in Road/Infrastructure projects.

• Letters of qualification, if any, are sent to guaranteed membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
