Qualifications & requirements
Project Construction Site Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in site leadership or construction management on large-scale power generation, EPC, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Relevant professional registration or certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in mechanical systems, rotating equipment, piping, HVAC, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning within power plants, EPC, or industrial projects.
Senior Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Professional engineering registration is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in power distribution, substations, transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cable networks, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning.
Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in DCS, PLC, SCADA, field instrumentation, control systems, calibration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting for power or industrial facilities.
Senior Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Professional membership or registration is preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in civil works, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural works, buildings, roads, drainage, and construction supervision on major EPC or power projects.
Senior QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering relevant to the assigned discipline. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS, ASNT, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, inspections, ITPs, NCR management, audits, material approvals, documentation, and compliance on EPC, power, or industrial projects.
Senior Commissioning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, system handover, troubleshooting, and coordination of multidisciplinary power plant systems.
Senior Contract & Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Primavera P6 certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, contract administration, progress monitoring, delay analysis, claims, reporting, cost control, and tender documentation.
Lead Safety (HSE) Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is mandatory or highly preferred.
- Minimum 10 – 12 years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility on large construction, EPC, power generation, oil and gas, or industrial projects.
Field Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of site experience in mechanical installation, piping, equipment erection, HVAC, inspections, testing, punch-list closure, and coordination with contractors on power or industrial projects.
Field Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of site experience in cable installation, switchgear, transformers, substations, grounding, lighting, testing, inspections, and electrical construction supervision.
Field Civil Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of site experience in earthworks, foundations, concrete works, steel structures, buildings, roads, drainage, quantity verification, inspections, and contractor coordination.
Field Instrumentation & Control Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of site experience in instrument installation, cable termination, loop checking, calibration, control panels, DCS/PLC interfaces, testing, and commissioning support.
Field QA/QC Engineer – Civil
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. ISO 9001 or relevant quality certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in civil inspections, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, earthworks, material testing, ITP implementation, NCR closure, and quality documentation.
Field Commissioning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in pre-commissioning, system walkdowns, testing, energization, functional checks, punch-list management, start-up support, and system handover.
Safety (HSE) Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of site HSE experience in risk assessments, inspections, toolbox talks, permit-to-work systems, incident reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Field QA/QC Engineer – Mechanical (Welding)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering. CSWIP 3.1, AWS-CWI, ASNT, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in welding inspection, WPS/PQR review, welder qualification, NDT coordination, piping inspection, material traceability, and mechanical quality documentation.
Field QA/QC Engineer – Electrical
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Relevant quality or inspection certification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in electrical inspections, cable installation, switchgear, transformers, testing records, material approvals, ITPs, NCR closure, and quality documentation.
Document Controller
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering Documentation, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in document control for engineering consultancy, EPC, construction, or power projects, with strong knowledge of EDMS, transmittals, document registers, revision control, and project correspondence.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent knowledge of international engineering codes, technical documentation, reporting systems, project planning tools, and quality management practices relevant to the discipline.
- Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred or, where applicable, mandatory.
- Strong understanding of engineering standards, construction methodologies, QA/QC procedures, commissioning activities, HSE regulations, and project lifecycle management according to the role.
- Previous experience on government and private-sector projects, including multidisciplinary coordination, construction supervision, contract administration, or tender-based projects, is highly preferred.
- Candidates with GCC/Saudi Arabia experience, immediate availability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary site environment will be given preference.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
