Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Sr. Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in science/civil engineering or construction management or equivalent.
- At least 15+ years of experience in major international programs and projects for leading government/semi-government entities with a documented professional history of excellence in project implementation as a direct project manager.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- At least 13+ years of experience in a Construction Management role. A min. of 5 years of working experience in a similar role within PMC, PMP, CIOB, RICS, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
Sr. QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management from an accredited university.
- At least 12+ years, including holding the position of Quality Manager with large projects.
Sr. Project Control Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Sr. Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 12+ years of experience in comprehensive mega projects Job role includes taking overall responsibility for Electrical Engineer on mega projects.
Sr. Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 12+ years of experience in comprehensive mega projects Job role includes taking overall responsibility for mechanical civil engineering on mega projects.
Senior Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized university.
- At least 13+ years of experience in architectural design, production techniques, symbols and standards, building materials, and construction methods.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
