Qualifications & requirements
Planning / Project Control Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in planning and project controls for joinery and interior fit-out projects in KSA.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Procurement Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of procurement experience in joinery, fit-out, and construction projects in KSA.
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and material sourcing.
Junior QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of QA/QC experience in joinery and fit-out projects in KSA.
- Familiar with quality standards, inspections, material approvals, and documentation procedures.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of site execution experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects in Riyadh.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Joinery Supervisor
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil, Carpentry, Joinery, or related field.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience supervising joinery installation and fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and manpower management.
Joinery Draftsman
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in joinery and fit-out detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and preparation of shop drawings, production drawings, and as-built drawings.
General Foreman
- Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience managing joinery and interior fit-out works, with proven leadership in site operations, workforce supervision, and project execution.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience in Joinery & Interior Fit-out projects.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
