• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field. PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in building construction projects with reputed consultancy firms in KSA/GCC, including 5 years as Project Manager handling large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in building projects with an engineering consultancy background in KSA/GCC.
• Proven experience in structural works, site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and consultants.

Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in MEP building projects with a consultancy background in KSA/GCC.
• Proven experience in electrical systems, testing & commissioning, and site supervision.

Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems for building projects with consultancy firms in KSA/GCC.

Planning Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for building projects with a consultancy background in KSA/GCC.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project reporting is required.

Architectural Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in architectural supervision and finishing works for building projects with consultancy firms in KSA/GCC.
• Proficient in reviewing shop drawings, materials, and architectural coordination.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management for building projects with a consultancy background in KSA/GCC.

Infrastructure Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in infrastructure and utility works associated with building projects in KSA/GCC consultancy firms.
• Knowledge of roads, drainage, sewerage, and utility coordination.

Safety Officer:

• Diploma or Degree with NEBOSH / OSHA certification.
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in construction safety for building projects in KSA/GCC, preferably with consultancy firms.

Infrastructure Inspector:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in the inspection of infrastructure works related to building projects with a consultancy background in KSA/GCC.

Land Surveyor:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying / Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in land surveying for building projects with a consultancy background in KSA/GCC.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD.

Documents Controller:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects with consultancy firms in KSA/GCC.
• Knowledge of document management systems and project correspondence is required.
