Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. (PMP Certified).
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in Project Management & Supervision within the construction industry.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in Construction Management & Supervision within the construction industry.
Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with Primavera P6 proficiency mandatory.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Safety Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and IOSH/NEBOSH Certification.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in large-scale building projects within the construction industry.
Electrical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Cost Estimation, Contract Management, or Procurement within the construction industry.
Site Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Draftsman:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Land Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil / Survey Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of UAE experience in large-scale Building projects within the construction industry.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, and Proficient in Aconex / EDMS.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of UAE experience within the construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Construction Codes, Safety Regulations, and inspection procedures.
• Preferably with strong knowledge of the building construction engineering industry.
• All candidates must have experience in High-rise building construction Projects.
• Candidates must be available inthe UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
