The group is looking for an Electrical QA/QC Engineer to join its team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Apply QA/QC procedures for electrical works in line with project specifications, standards and client requirements.
- Review and inspect materials, submittals, drawings and method statements.
- Carry out inspections, testing and commissioning of electrical systems and cable projects.
- Monitor subcontractor work, workmanship and compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports and close out documents.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience on power, electrical and cable projects.
- Good knowledge of the relevant electrical standards.
- DEWA or TAQA approval is preferred.
- Strong documentation, communication and coordination skills.
