PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Qualification: B.Tech or Equivalent Graduate in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Must have 10+ experience in UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in Shopping Malls & Residential Building structure & Finishing
- Having good contacts with various subcontractors and suppliers in the region
- Sound knowledge of Importing Norms & International Logistic
- Knowledge of Construction Equipments.
PLANNING ENGINEER
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Qualification: B.Tech or Equivalent in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years UAE experience in the Building Construction industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare baseline program. schedules. milestones. deliverables and timelines as per the project management plan.
- Prepare daily. weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
- Prepare forecasts resulting from significant deviations from scheduled baselines,
- Conduct regular project site inspections.
- Provide assessment of Extension of Time claims.
- Prepare Forensic Planning & Delay Analysis.
- Developing project master schedule, updating. monitoring and reviewing construction schedules. submittals. material delivery. procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures.
