Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.
Civil QA/QC Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.
Civil Site Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.
Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in estimation & costing with a Fit-out company in the UAE.
Civil Foreman:
- High School or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Construction works in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Excellent client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet short deadlines.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
