Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Site Mechanical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
- At least 7 – 10 years of experience in high-rise building projects within a Consultancy background.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in building projects within a consultancy background.
Finishing Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in building projects within a consultancy background.
Infrastructure Draftsman:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering or Drafting, or a related field.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience as a draftsman in Infrastructure projects within the UAE.
Documents Controller:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience ad Documents Controller in the construction industry within a consultancy firm.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Good communication in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Engineering candidates with excellent communication & presentation skills, commercial acumen, and computer savvy are necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of Dubai authority standards and site documentation practices.
• Only UAE-based candidates are eligible to apply and can join immediately.
