Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC, and PMP Certification.
- Minimum 15 - 20 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Construction Manager (Civil):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Construction Manager (MEP):
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Technical Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Technical Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Quantity Surveyor (Civil & MEP):
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Quality Inspector (Civil & MEP):
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Site Supervisor:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Site Foreman:
- Certification or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Draftsman:
- Certification or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Construction sector, preferably in the Hospital Building Construction projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates should be able to interact with all engineering disciplines, Consultants, and Clients.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
