Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 04 - 05 years of experience in MEP & Building Construction only.
• Minimum of 04 - 05 years of experience in MEP & Building Construction only.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Review engineering drawings and refer to issues requiring changes.
• To create a positive working culture with a team; review present construction skills in the company and propose necessary changes.
• To assess the project requirements per design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility & cost.
• Prepare weekly construction goals and targets for all construction projects and manage schedule and cost.
• Assign job tasks and work as per engineering project schedules.
• Review future building plans and inspect new buildings to ensure compliance with current electrical codes and maintenance.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
