Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in construction and site execution, with strong experience on large construction projects.
- Role: manage and supervise daily site work, leading site engineers, supervisors and construction teams.
- Role: supervise subcontractors, track site productivity and make sure work follows the approved drawings and specifications.
- Role: coordinate site activities, manpower, equipment and work sequence, solve site issues, meet construction targets and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Good command of English.
- Construction experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Technical Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in technical office and engineering management, with strong experience on large construction projects.
- Role: lead the technical office and engineering team, overseeing shop drawings, RFIs, technical submittals and engineering documents.
- Role: review IFC drawings and specifications, resolve technical discrepancies and coordinate Civil, Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
- Role: support site execution, work with consultants and designers on technical approvals, and oversee as-built documentation.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Good command of English.
- Construction experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred for engineering positions.
- Experience on large construction projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and quality procedures.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
