Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Resident Engineer:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Architecture from a recognised institution.
- Minimum total experience of 20 years, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in similar projects.
Senior Site Architect:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on supervision projects in the UAE.
Civil Inspector:
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Inspector, with a focus on supervision projects in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Professional level in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• All candidates should have consultancy-based experience.
• All candidates shall have solid consultancy supervision experience in Building / Villas projects.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
