National Engineering Bureau (NEB) is seeking skilled and experienced candidates with a background in consultancy for mixed-use and building projects in the UAE.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Resident Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and PMP Certified.
• At least 15 years of experience in Site Supervision & Project Management of Building projects, within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Senior Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Design & Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Senior Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Civil Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

QA/QC Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

HSE Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, and IOSH / NEBOSH Certified.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Electrical Inspector:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Mechanical Inspector:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in Site Supervision of Building projects within a consultancy background in the UAE.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
