Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Senior Design Architect:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of experience in concept to detailed design, with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.
Structural Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 10+ years of experience in Building Structure Design & Site Supervision with at least 5 years with a consultancy background in the UAE.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as building codes and safety standards.
• Candidates with experience with Multinational Design consultants and exposure to Middle Eastern and Global projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience with large-scale construction projects, particularly mixed-use and Building projects.
• Candidates available in the UAE who can join immediately are eligible to apply for these positions.
