Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 – 15 years of experience in façade engineering projects in the UAE, including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminum, and architectural façade systems, with at least 5 years in a project management role.
Project Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 – 10 years of experience managing and coordinating façade engineering projects in the UAE, with strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, QA/QC, and project execution.
HSE Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering with NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Additional IOSH or OSHA certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of HSE experience on façade engineering and high-rise building projects in the UAE, with thorough knowledge of UAE safety regulations, work-at-height requirements, and lifting operations.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience supervising façade installation works in the UAE, including curtain wall, glazing, aluminum systems, cladding, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Site Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in façade engineering projects in the UAE, with expertise in setting out, façade alignment, as-built surveys, total station, GPS equipment, and AutoCAD.
Site Foreman
- Diploma, ITI, or Technical Trade Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction-related discipline.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience supervising façade installation works in Dubai, with strong expertise in curtain wall, glazing, aluminum cladding systems, manpower supervision, quality control, and site safety compliance.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and quality standards.
- Must have hands-on experience in Building Façade Construction projects.
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Candidates must be available in the UAE / Locally and able to join immediately.
