Senior Project Manager:

B.Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering.
• 20 - 25 years of experience in the construction field in any GCC country.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in the capacity of Sr. Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the work progress through direct staff and sub-contractors staff and reporting the same to the Director (Operations) per the Target Budget.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Managing the workforce resources effectively at the site and coordinating the activities of different departments at the site.
• Supervising the workforce through direct contact and providing guidance and support as and when required.
• Coordination with Procurement & Purchasing department for the timely supply of all required materials for site works.
• Ensuring proper coordination and follow-ups related to all authorities required approvals.

Central Store Manager:

• Graduate in any discipline with 15-20 years of relevant work experience in a construction company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring the logistics of all inventory items and company assets at the time of Mobilization/ Demobilization of the projects.
• Well experience as a Store Manager.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.

Project Manager:

B.Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering.
• 15 - 20 years of experience in the construction field in any GCC country.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE in the capacity of Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, monitoring day-to-day construction activities, and supervising the site construction staff at the site.
• Ensuring the construction machinery and equipment are in working condition at the site.
• To lead the team of Construction Managers of the Megaprojects.
• Supervision and directed construction activities according to the technical and commercial criteria.

Construction Manager:

B.Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering.
• 15 - 20 years of experience in the construction field in a construction/contracting company.
Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE in the capacity of Construction Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, monitoring day-to-day construction activities, and supervising the site construction staff at the site.
• Ensuring the construction machinery and equipment are in working condition at the site.
• Ensuring proper use of the material at the site and controlling waste.
• Ensuring proper coordination and follow-ups related to all authorities required approvals.

Cost Control Engineer (Civil):

B. Sc. / B.E. Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in the Building Construction field.
• At least 05 - 07 years in the Cost Control and Estimation Department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for transforming the Tender Estimate from CCS candy into a Project Budget by structuring it into cost codes as per the CSI coding system.
• Monitors quantities and costs, ensuring that it is within the approved budget and as per cost control policies and procedures daily / for every requisition/expense of the project.
• Any Variation Orders upon approval will be added to the project budget.
• Coordination for the preparation of productivity reports (Labour/ Material & Equipment).
• Handling of ERP’s (ePROMIS) project cost module.
• Coordinating with the Accounts Department, Site QS, Planning Engineer, Site Engineer, Storekeeper, and Timekeeper and collecting the data required for Monthly Cost Analysis Reports.
• Preparing monthly Cost Analysis using EVA (Earned Value Analysis), Estimated Cost at Completion according to the current trend, market, approved histograms, finalized subcontract & supplier committed costs for all projects and reviewing the same with CCM and discuss the profit and loss for each cost codes with respective Project Manager along with CCM.

Cost Control Engineer (MEP):

• B. Sc. / B.E. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in the Building Construction field.
• At least 05 - 07 years in the Cost Control and Estimation departments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
