Qualifications & requirements
Civil / Structural Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised university.
- 5+ years of site supervision and construction inspection in the UAE, ideally on large residential, commercial, high-rise and infrastructure projects.
- Civil and structural supervision experience with an established engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
Mechanical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 5+ years of mechanical inspection and site supervision in the UAE, ideally on large residential, commercial, high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
- Mechanical supervision experience with an established MEP consultancy is highly preferred.
Electrical Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university.
- 5+ years of electrical inspection and site supervision in the UAE, ideally on large residential, commercial, high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
- Electrical supervision experience with an established engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
ELV Inspector
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of ELV systems inspection and site supervision in the UAE, ideally on large residential, commercial, high-rise and mixed-use buildings.
- ELV inspection and supervision experience with an established engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
Eligibility criteria
- Experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
- Proven record on large building, commercial, residential or infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, specifications, inspection procedures and authority rules.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, project engineers and site teams.
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM/DMT), utility authorities and Civil Defence requirements, where relevant.
- Excellent technical, communication, reporting and site coordination skills.
- Candidates living in the UAE who can join on short notice are preferred.
