Qualifications & requirements
Construction Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10 to 15 years on roads, infrastructure, utilities and large civil projects, including work on Abu Dhabi infrastructure.
Technical Lead
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10 to 12 years in technical engineering management, design coordination and execution of major roads, infrastructure and utilities projects in Abu Dhabi.
Senior Estimation Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 10 to 12 years in estimation, tendering, cost analysis and commercial evaluation of roads and infrastructure, including Abu Dhabi projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 10 to 12 years in quantity surveying, cost control, contract administration and commercial management of Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects.
Project Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years in execution, supervision and coordination of roads, drainage, sewerage and underground utilities in Abu Dhabi.
Site Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years in site execution and supervision of roads, earthworks, drainage networks and utilities in Abu Dhabi.
Planning Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years in planning, scheduling and monitoring of roads, utilities and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7 to 10 years in quality assurance and control, material inspections and testing on Abu Dhabi roads, utilities and infrastructure.
HSE Engineer / HSE Officer
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or a related field; NEBOSH IGC or similar preferred.
- 7 to 10 years for the HSE Engineer, or at least 5 years for the HSE Officer, in construction safety on Abu Dhabi roads, utilities and infrastructure.
NOC Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years in NOC applications, authority approvals, utility coordination and infrastructure permitting in Abu Dhabi.
Procurement Engineer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years in engineering procurement, sourcing, vendor management and supply chain for Abu Dhabi roads and infrastructure.
Land Surveyor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years in surveying, setting out, topographic and as built surveys for roads, drainage and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.
General Foreman
- Diploma or technical certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years supervising civil crews, earthworks, roads, drainage and underground utilities on Abu Dhabi infrastructure.
Foreman
- Technical diploma, vocational certificate or a construction trade qualification.
- 5+ years in site supervision and execution of roads, civil works, drainage and utilities in Abu Dhabi.
Site Draftsman
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting or a related field.
- 5+ years preparing civil, shop and as built drawings for Abu Dhabi roads, utilities and infrastructure.
Document Controller
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Document Management, Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years in engineering document control and project records for Abu Dhabi infrastructure projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Abu Dhabi infrastructure project experience is mandatory for every position.
- Relevant UAE construction experience is required.
- Candidates without Abu Dhabi infrastructure experience will not be considered.
- Candidates currently living in the UAE are preferred.
