PLC Contracting LLC Dubai is currently hiring professionals for their Marine Construction works project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

POSITIONS

- Lead QA/QC Engineer (Marine Construction)

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

• Civil /Marine / Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 10 years experience in building coastal reclamation and shoreline protection.
• Additional qualifications such as welding and testing certifications is a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting up the Quality Plan and Inspection.
• Setting up Test Plans.
• Method statements.
• Field quality control.
• Vendor premises-based inspection.
• Client / Consultant coordination.
• Testing laboratory coordination.
• Receiving inspections, patrol inspections, and handover inspections.
• Training, effective handling of non-conformances, and project closeout including handover documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be fluent in Reading & Spoken English or Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in projects involving marine works, marine concrete structures, offshore submarine pipelines (HDPE), intake heads and diffusers, or other similar project scopes.
• Extensive technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of engineering, materials, and working methods, inspecting, testing, and commissioning.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
