Qualifications & requirements
Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline. PMP or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in large-scale building construction projects, including high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Safety Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience in major building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments, HSE plans, site inspections, safety audits, incident investigation, emergency procedures, and compliance with applicable Saudi safety regulations.
Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in building construction projects. Strong expertise in LV/MV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV systems, fire alarm, earthing, testing and commissioning, technical submittals, shop drawings, and site coordination.
Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. SCE registration is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in building construction projects, with strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, chilled water, mechanical equipment, testing and commissioning, and MEP coordination.
QA/QC Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in building construction projects. Strong knowledge of Project Quality Plans, ITPs, method statements, material inspections, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, quality audits, testing procedures, and project specifications.
Planner
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of planning and project controls experience in building construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.
BIM Engineer - Civil
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with professional BIM training or certification.
- Minimum 7+ years of BIM experience in building construction projects. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM collaboration platforms.
BIM Engineer - Electrical
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with BIM/Revit certification or relevant professional training.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical BIM modelling for building projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, with expertise in power, lighting, ELV, containment systems, electrical room coordination, clash detection, coordinated shop drawings, and BIM model updates.
BIM Engineer - Mechanical
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant BIM certification or professional training.
- Minimum 7+ years of BIM experience in major building construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, plant rooms, clash detection, multidisciplinary coordination, and fabrication-level modelling.
BIM Engineer - Architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering with professional BIM training or certification.
- Minimum 7+ years of architectural BIM experience in building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit Architecture, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong experience in architectural modelling, detailed drawings, schedules, families, façade and interior coordination, clash resolution, and construction/as-built BIM models.
BIM Coordinator - Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. BIM certification is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of overall engineering experience, including significant experience in BIM coordination for large-scale building construction projects.
Eligibility criteria
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
- Transferable Iqama (for expatriate candidates) is preferred.
- Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge, multidisciplinary coordination, communication, and reporting skills are required.
- Candidates should have proven experience in large-scale building construction projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably involving high-rise, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
- Candidates must be available in KSA / Locally and able to join immediately.
