Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification. 10–12 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the UAE construction industry.Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from planning to completion.
Construction Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university, and PMP Certification. 6 – 8 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE construction industry.
- Proven experience managing site operations, subcontractors, and consultants.
Quantity Surveyor — Pre-Contract:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in estimation, tendering, quantity take-off, and preparation of BOQ.
Quantity Surveyor — Post-Contract:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying from an accredited university.
- Minimum 4 – 6 years of UAE experience in post-contract activities, contract administration, and variation claims.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Available to join immediately or on short notice.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be fluent in Reading and Spoken English or Arabic.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of experience in industrial & infrastructure projects.
• Candidates must be available in the UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
