Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and advanced certification such as PMP. Minimum 20 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, high-rise with at least 10 years in a supervisory role.
Planning Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP Certified. Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, with 10 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree in AI, Architectural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving license.
• Candidates must have a membership in the Saudi Council of Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and international architectural standards
• For Engineering roles, experience in leading consultancy organizations is mandatory.
• Candidates must have experience in Commercial, Residential, and Educational building projects.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving license.
• Candidates must have a membership in the Saudi Council of Engineering.
