GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Qualification & Experience:

Project Manager:

• B.Sc Structure/ Architect Degree/ Master / PMP along with 18 years of experience.

Project Control Manager:

• B.Sc. Architectural or Civil along with 14 years of experience and 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Risk Management Specialist:

• B.Sc. in Engineering /RMP /Risk Management along with 10 years of experience.

Program Planning Specialist:

• B.Sc. In Engineering. Primavera P6 and Link with BIM along with 10 years of experience.

Project Control Specialist:

• Master’s Degree in Structure/Architecture along with 10 years of Experience in Claims and Cost Control.

Senior Quality Control Specialist:

• University Degree / Experience in local/ international Codes and QC along with 15 years of experience.

Quality Control Specialist:

• B.Sc. in Engineering /RMP Experience in Saudi and international codes along with 10 years of experience.

Contractual Affair Manager:

• University Degree / FIDIC along with 15 years of experience.

Contract Specialist:

• University Degree / FIDIC along with 10 years of experience.

Cost Control Specialist:

• University Degree along with 15 years of experience.

Construction Manager:

• M.Sc. in Structure/ Architect /PMP + BIM along with 15 years of experience.

Senior Auditing Specialist:

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying Expert along with 10 years of experience.

Safety Manager:

• University Degree and OSHA, POSHA along with 15 years of experience.

Project Coordinator:

• University Degree / PMP along with 8 years of experience.

Quantity Surveyor:

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying Expert along with 8 years of experience.

I.T Specialist:

• University Degree/ Approve Courses, Network Design & Information Security along with 5 years of experience.

Graphic Specialist:

• B.Sc. in Engineering along with 4 years of experience.

Documents Control Manager:

• University Degree/Aconex Experience in the training of employees in the same field along with 5 years of experience.

Documents Controller:

• University Degree/ Typing in both languages (Arabic/English) along with 5 years of experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
