Project Manager:

Master's Degree in Planning, and Urban Planning, preferred who has a Ph.D. degree. 18+ years experience in Planning and Urban Studies with Government sectors like Municipalities Capitals.
• At least 10 years experience at GCC.

Architect Design Manager:

Master's Degree in Architecture, preferred Foreign Education. 15 years of experience in Architectural design, city development projects, and urban landscape improvement.  At least 8 years experience at GCC.

Urban Planner Consultant:

Master's Degree in Planning, and Urban Planning, preferred who has a Ph.D. degree. 15 years experience in Planning and Urban Studies with Government sectors like Municipalities Capitals.
• At least 8 years experience at GCC.

Urban Planning Engineer:

B.Sc in Urban Planning Engineering. 8 years experience in Urban Planning and Landscaping Design.
• At least 5 years experience at GCC.

Senior Landscape Architect:

B.Sc in Architectural Engineering or other specific relevant discipline.  15+ years experience in the designing and implementation of large-scale landscaping projects.
• At least 5 years experience at GCC.

• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Preference will be given to bi-lingual candidates.
• Candidates must have a Valid Saudi Driving Licence.
• Candidates must have a valid (Transferable) Iqama holder.
• Candidates necessary for affiliation with the Saudi Council of Engineers. 
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
