Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Façade Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Façade construction site work (review fabrication and Shop drawings, technical transmittal, and inspect the work on-site).
Lighting Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site construction work, reviewing shop drawings, technical transmittal, and inspecting the work of façade lighting, landscape, and hardscape lighting all external road lighting.
Acoustic Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Acoustic materials and the standard regulation of the minimum requirements of Acoustic.
Mechanical Inspector:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering approved by SEC.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site MEP construction work and inspecting the work of the MEP site activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a valid KSA driving license.
• Candidates must have GCC project supervision experience.
• Candidates must have building construction project experience.
• Candidates must be available in KSA/Locally and can join immediately.
