Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Planning Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 15+ years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.
Assistant Manager (Planning):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 10 - 14 years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.
Planning Engineer (High-rise Buildings):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 06 - 10 years of experience in high-rise residential projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.
Planning (Roads & Utilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 06 - 10 years of experience in infra Roads & Utility projects in the execution of planning in the Civil/Construction industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates must be fluent in English & Arabic.
• Must have experience in High Rise Residential & Infrastructure Utility Projects.
• Must have experience in Primavera Project Plans.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• For managerial roles, experience in leading a team is mandatory.
• Candidates must be available in UAE/Locally and can join immediately.
